The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- Carlos and Charlies, Senor Frogs, Cocobongos, and many more. You are walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. It's a short drive to activities. It has a lovely, large balcony, with fantastic Caribbean ocean views! It has a kitchenette, two full size beds, and a full size futon. A fantastic deal! Bus lines are in front of the condo, cost less than a dollar, and run consistantly. Taxis are in front of the condo area, and are easily obtainable. You don't need a a car! The condominium has 2 oceanside pools in front of the condo. The condo is furnished with a cable TV, A/C, laundered towels, sheets, kitchenette, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. It has tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). There is a good restaurant and bar on site, that is reasonably priced. They are open for breakfast and lunch. For a fee the condo hotel offers tours, room service, car rentals, and water sports. There is also a bank nearby and they offer currency exchange. You are within walking distance to the trendy night club district, with the top 5 clubs, over 40 restaurants (fast food and fine dining), and 3 shopping centers.
