The room is in a big duplex. It's actually the best room in this house. It's pretty big, well furnished, sunny most of the day and on the second floor. The price is only 420$ and includes everything such as: High speed internet, telephone, Cable Tv, heating, electricity and so on. The roomates are a bunch of students from UdM or Ecole polythechnic. They are warm and welcoming and interested in different cultures. The house is pretty big, we have a large living room and two big kitchens, and 4 bathroums. It's located in Appleton CDN, in front of Kent Park. It's 5 minute away from Maxi,Plaza Cote-des-neiges, SAQ, 165 bus stop to go to downtown and only 15 min from UdM.
